Monoform
A small studio that designs and builds websites and software for startups. One ring of dots, one hot gradient and a lot of black.

One form. Infinite possibilities.
A five-person design studio wanted to move from being perceived as freelancers toward a premium consultancy. Its website was outdated, its positioning was unclear, and most clients arrived through personal networks.
Research into design-studio positioning showed that studios with a clear philosophy could create stronger premium differentiation than studios that simply displayed finished work.
MONOFORM was built around one idea: “design as systems, not solutions.” The website led with thinking and strategy, explaining the reasoning behind each project before showing the visual output.
Inbound leads increased 240% in six months. Average project value moved from $8K to $22K, client retention from 40% to 78%, and referrals from 8% to 35% of new business. The studio subsequently hired two additional designers.
Service businesses can compete on thinking, not only on portfolios. Positioning changes what clients believe they are buying.
Identity
The dot ring sits next to a bold, round wordmark. It works on black, on the gradient and on light grey, and the wordmark can drop the ring and carry the gradient by itself.

On screen
Built for screens first: a site that opens on a big number, an app icon, a watch face and a kiosk loop, all glowing out of black.
